Our Commercial agency fees

Selling your property:

Our Agency fees are charged on a commission based percentage of the final sale price. These fees are however limited to a minimum fee level regardless of the price you sell your property at.

If we are instructed to handle your property under a sole agency this will reduce your fee substantially.

Minimum fee: 

Our minimum fee is set at £7000 plus VAT (£8400 including VAT) for all properties valued at £400,000 or less.

Commission fee:

The fee you pay is not fixed but based on our involvement and what level of marketing you require. If you are selling a property at £500,000 and we agreed a commission of 1.85% plus VAT your fee would be £9250 plus VAT (£11,100 including VAT)

Listing charges for all properties: We are required to obtain the title and registered documents including any lease that the property has before marketing the property. We charge a fee of £40 plus VAT (£48 including VAT)

Energy Performance Certificate:

If you require a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate (CEPC) we can arrange this on your behalf. Prices are based on the size of your property and start at £285.00 plus VAT (£342 including VAT)

Referral Fees:

As a company during the transaction we my refer you to solicitors, surveyors or mortgage brokers. If you choose to avail yourself of their services we may receive an introductory commission. Typically for conveyancing this will be £200 plus VAT (£240 including VAT). For mortgage brokers this will be normally a minimum of £250 plus VAT (£300 including VAT). Using our agency services is not dependent on using any Company we refer business to.
